Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Tracking Information

Delayed Shipments

BloomCycle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package is lost, damaged during transit, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

Our team will investigate the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. BloomCycle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
